We are very grateful for SK Auto Glass. We've had such bad car luck this year and so when a rock hit my windshield on the highway I was so discouraged and exhausted. Within 90 minutes Khen was at our house. He fixed the crack very quickly and it looks incredible. We couldn't believe how easy and fast the whole process was, and the price was extremely reasonable. We would absolutely use SK Auto Glass again.

Everything was perfect. Ken is an amazing guy! His service, his knowledge and his personal care were beyond anything we could've hoped for. We learned about the previous windshield & how its improper negligent install caused metal rusted out holes in the body metal. He did his utmost best to help us get through until we can take a more serious look at the underlying problem we're left with . I hit up Khen from SK Auto Glass. They do mobile service. I had a cracked windshield for months. Decided to see what could be done via our insurance, and luckily I was able to pay my deductible and not have my insurance go up with this claim. I didn't want to go through safelite though and wanted to give a local business the job. I called up Khen & he was very helpful & prompt in setting me up with an appointment and assisting with my insurance carrier to arrange this.He came out to my place of employment, and took care of the job in 2 hours.Great experience, highly recommend.

Just got my windshield replaced by SK (Khen). Took him a little over an hour and did a fantastic job. He came to my work placed and texted when it was done, so simple. He is very polite and accommodating. His price is very reasonable and I highly recommend. Thanks, Khen....

I can not say enough good things about Kenny and his work! FIVE STAR from start to finish! I would give him more stars if I could!I was changing my wiper blades on Saturday and the wiper arm slipped out of my hand, struck the windshield and cracked it. I was beside myself.I called Kenny ( it was after 3:00) and he said he would install a new windshield for me on Monday! His price was fantastic! I had to ask him again to make sure I heard him right.Monday he came to my office and in 1.5 hours the job was done! IT WAS QUALITY WORK! I am delighted that I chose SK Auto Glass. Kenny is a very nice guy, and he does quality work! If you have any auto glass issues, you owe it to yourself to call Kenny at SK Auto Glass.

My car was broken into by Lake Merritt. Called SK Auto Glass the next morning at 7a and luckily there was an availability the same day. SK met me at my office and had the new rear windshield replaced by the time I finished lunch! Cleaned up all the glass and the car was looking like new. Quick responsive service. Great price (had called a few others for a quote too). I needed a receipt for insurance purposes and was sent one at the end of the day. Highly recommend!

Ken was fast, friendly, reliable and honest. He really helped make a bad situation better, he replaced the windshield within an hour, and we were on our way.

Went to dinner in Oakland last night and the driver side rear window was smashed.We are traveling through the area and needed a replacement for the window the next day.We called a couple of places and were told that it would be a couple of days as they had to order the glass.I called SK Auto Glass and spoke with them. They assured me they could get the window and install it the same day.We made an appointment for 12 noon to meet at a local mall. We were met on time. with OEM glass. We needed to do some shopping and he said to come back in an hour.The glass was replaced. The broken glass was cleaned up. Ken from SK really helped me out here on a bind. Windshield cracked (always on 880) and when I washed my car it cracked even more almost more than half the windshield. Called up SK and Ken came out the same day and did a great job! On time, great work and very polite. Pricing is the best. Any glass repair or replacement on your car I definitely recommend SK and Ken!

Same old Oakland story (sorry, but come on...it's true), got my car broken into on a Tuesday while watching a show at the Fox. Was livid, but calmed down and called SK Auto Glass the next morning. Boy, is it convenient that they are open before 7am! After giving my car's information, Ken gave me a quote (it was the small triangle window on a Mazda Hatchback) and it came in at over $100 cheaper than the dealership. He scheduled an appt. window for that same afternoon, texted me when he was en route, was punctual, courteous, and informative (told me expected time it would take to replace). Like other reviewers, I hope this does NOT ever occur again, but if I had to give my business to SK Auto Glass once more, that would be the only upside. :)

Someone smashed my car window and I was devastated, but I found SK and they were extremely responsive and helpful. Originally they were going to come out within hours of the call, but they ended up having to order the glass because it wasn't in stock. But they still managed to come out first thing the next morning and accommodated my schedule. The tech was friendly and helpful and the service was done very quickly including cleaning up the glass from the break in. I'm very happy with their work and customer service, and their rates seemed reasonable. I hope I won't need this kind of service again, but if I do I know who to call!

SK reviewThis is by far the best window replacement experience. I could've asked for.My window was busted out in a smash and grab one night. I was left in the cold and rain with no passengers window. The next morning I called around and reached out to multiple companies to get quotes. The national company that everyone knows the name of and sees the commercials everywhere for quoted me $488. They wouldn't be able to come out for three days and if I wanted to take time out of my busy schedule to go to the shop it would've been five days before I could get an appointment. Around 7 AM I received an email back from SK. I was quoted $249 to replace my window. He was available that morning and showed up to my work just a couple hours later. He replaced my window while I was at work. He was very professional, polite, and punctual.He went above, and beyond what I had expected. When I came outside I realized not only did he replace my window perfectly, but he also vacuumed up all the glass that was in my car! He save me from having to get my car detailed because I was overwhelmed with the amount of glass there truly was. Nothing but good things to say about this company, and their work!I hope I never have another broken window that needs to be replaced. But if I do, I will most definitely be calling SK again to do my replacement.

Amazing service!! I called and got an immediate quote and even though Thanksgiving is literally tomorrow- they still scheduled me in for today and got it done bright and early in the morning. The rear window was completely cracked but hadn't shattered yet, so they took out the car seat while they cleaned up to make sure no glass got in. The attention to detail (and the fact they vacuumed the whole car) was just perfect. They were quick, polite and got everything done while making it look easy. I will definitely be recommending them to others and they deserve every star of this 5 star review. Thank you again so much!

Fast and reliable. He answered my questions well and was informative. He comes to wherever your vehicle is which is so convenient. With our busy schedules I had been having a hard time getting around to getting my windshield fixed. Also, price is great!!He was willing to come on a weekend which was amazing for our schedule.

Right after my car was broken into, I called my insurance company. Their preferred auto glass company's latest appointment to fix the window will be 11 days later if they find the replacement glass.Make the story short, I called SK Auto Glass. They took in my car information and located the replacement glass and came next day to fix the window. They vacuumed out all the broken glass and cleaned all my other windows after they're done the replacement job. That is an extra thumb up to them. Thank you.For the price, they are more reasonable than the insurance preferred auto glass company.
